By downloading, installing, or using the Guess Drugs mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Guess Drugs is an educational quiz application designed to help users learn pharmaceutical drug names, including brand names and generic equivalents. The App provides:

• Multiple quiz modes (Input, Swipe, Multiple Choice)
• Study materials organized by organ systems and categories
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Offline functionality for learning without internet connection
• Regional drug databases for US and Bosnia and Herzegovina

4.1 Appropriate Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use automated systems to access the App
• Share your account with others

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App.

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of HadzicDev and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. App Availability and Updates

We strive to maintain App availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
